We check all systems: Electrical, Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Roof, Site conditions and Structures for condition and/or operation.

Safety                                

Safety is a very important part of our inspections. We will point out conditions which may be unsafe or dangerous. We will suggest corrective action to insure safety of the house occupants.

First Time Buyers

Whether you're a first time buyer or a previous owner of a residence, you will find accompanying our inspector an educational experience. We urge you to participate in the inspection process, ask questions, learn how to change filters, operate thermostats, perform normal maintanence operations and most of all understand the house which will be yours.
